  3. An Assignment.

    You’ll get a chance to work on a task related to your role. This gives you a better idea of how the role works and the kind of problems you’ll solve.

  4. Stakeholder Panel.

    You’ll meet with a group of stakeholders from around the company to discuss performance in this role and in our work culture.
