This protects your organization, clears your content for global distribution, and provides you with $1 million in indemnity (aka coverage against legal liability). Our consumer plans (Creator and Pro) only cover individuals, not organizations. When you download a song under either of those plans, your name is on the license — not your business. These licenses are non-transferable, so if you leave the company, you're still legally liable for the content you made during that time. To ensure your organization has all the protection it needs, we recommend our Enterprise plan.
